President’s Day Lapbook

We’re putting together a hodge-podge of a lapbook for President’s Day. This will actually end up being a double lapbook (two folders put together). I’ve found some of the lapbook activities on Homeschool Share and also found other activities from Enchanted Learning.

The front of the lapbooks has a picture of the Presidential Seal that the girls each colored and glued onto their books. I will post some more pictures as we complete some of the inside today. We’ve been studying about George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, the history of President’s Day, how we celebrate the day, President Bush, a little about the presidency (we’ll save more for the fall when we talk about the elections….), the Presidential Seal, etc…
