Preschool and Kindergarten Community weekly linkup

Ready for another week of linking up and sharing ideas? I am so glad that you are stopping by today (really, I am!) and can’t wait to see what you all have to share this week. Be sure to stop by our PreK & K Pinterest board to see a collection of the different posts we are pinning – including yours!

Don’t forget to link up a post or two of yours and share what you’ve been working on with your kids! Here are a few fun ideas from last week’s linkup.

Story Orbs

These story orbs from Peace but not Quiet would be a fun way for your kids to display short stories they write – and decorate their space at the same time!

 Distance from the Sun

distance from the sun

This creative way to measure the distance of the planets from the sun is a great hands-on way for kids to visualize how far away we really are from the sun and other planets. Visit Teacher Mom Plus 3 for the full instructions.

Fish Eyes Craft

If you love Lois Ehlert books, you’ll love this Fish Eyes Banner craft from Spell Outloud.  So full of color and it is a fabulous tie-in (and I love ways we can tie literature into crafts!).

FREE ABC Playdough Mats

If your kids love playdough, you’ll want to download and print these FREE ABC Playdough Mats of both uppercase and lowercase letters. Such a great fine motor and letter recognition activity.

That’s it for this week!! Thanks so much for checking in with us and sharing below.
