Updated: We’ve altered how we use the cards and the workbox system since starting. We now are using a weekly grid along with the cards. See how we’re using the workbox system along with pictures here: https://www.homeschoolcreations.net/?p=1378

Now that you’ve heard about the Workbox System and read how we use workboxes in our house, it’s time to share some printables with you. I’m all about making stuff visually appealing ~ not just for the kids either! It helps me to get excited about what we are doing!

The workbox activity cards include a variety of subjects and activities from general subjects, outdoor actvities, and special trips. There are also ‘help’ cards {for when your child needs help from you} and minute cards for timed activities such as computer or reading. I also left a few squares blank in case you want to add some of your own stuff. Overall, there are a total of 32 picture cards, 24 minute cards, and 4 blank cards for you.

Enjoy them! If you have any problems downloading them, please let me know! Don’t forget the fun preschool workbox number cards for your little ones!

I hope this is not a dumb question but I wanted to know how you use these cards…do you put these in their workfolders or on a calendar so they know what they are doing? For instance…a bike ride, park, museum…where do you put that tag….in a folder or calendar…how do you use those types of tags? Just wondering because I REALLY like your system as opposed to the box as we don’t have the room with 3 kids and this system seems more manageable to me.I appreciate your feedback.

  3. Jolanthe, the “preschool workbox number cards’ link doesn’t seem to be working….unless those are the number strips that you said were removed and the link is just still there. Hummm, that’s probably it.

  4. Hi! I am looking for a tag that is specifically phonics. Do you know if any of your blogging friends have one? Also, what are the minutes for? breaks?

    • the minute tags are for activities that are timed – i.e. one of the kids needs to read for 15 minutes or can play a certain game for 10 minutes on the ipad. Let me check on the phonics tag. I thought there was one that had abc’s on it, but it may be in the preschool version.

  5. Is it possible to use the same graphics when making our own cards? I really love the graphics you used and I’m kind of particular about having things match so I’d love to have my personalized cards look the same. Also, which font did you use? Thanks.

    • The clip art is under copyright {some was purchased or used via a program that I purchased}, so it cannot be shared. I’m sorry.
